1-on-1 training at AO Hoops is the most direct path to development we offer. Every session is built around you — your game, your gaps, your goals. We don't run a template. We identify exactly what's limiting your game and attack it deliberately, week after week, until it's no longer a limit.

How it works

  • Honest assessment. We evaluate your game without flinching — strengths, gaps, and limiting factors. No empty praise. No vague feedback.
  • Custom plan. Every session is structured around your specific development priorities. The plan evolves as you do.
  • Position-relevant reps. No generic drills. Reps that match your role, your level, and what your game actually demands.
  • Film when it helps. We use film to reinforce what we're building and accelerate pattern recognition — not to fill time.

A dedicated shooting rebuild — 18 sessions across 2 phases. Seven mechanical checkpoints from the base to the release, then transfer it to catch-and-shoot, off the dribble, contested, and fatigued. Fix the shot, then trust it.

Small group training session at AO Hoops

Small Group Training

3–5 athletes per session. Mixed positions on purpose. Live reps, real consequences, group accountability. The environment skill work alone can't replicate.
